Returns Policy

At UNIAUTO, our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Terms & Conditions:

• Returns for products that are damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrectly delivered must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims regarding empty packages or missing contents must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and may require an unboxing video for verification.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, tags, and complimentary items, if any.
• Products showing signs of regular usage, installation, modification, physical damage, mishandling, or tampering will not be eligible for return or refund.
• Customized, made-to-order, painted, imported-on-demand, and special-order products are non-returnable unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
• Replacements or refunds will be processed only after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection process.
• Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or compatibility issues where product specifications were clearly provided.
• Approved refunds may be issued as a UNIAUTO Gift Card/Store Credit, redeemable on future purchases, as per the applicable return conditions.
• For COD orders placed with partial advance payment, the advance amount is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at the time of delivery.

Shipping

UNIAUTO offers Pan India shipping through trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery of all orders.

Order Processing Time:

• Regular Products: 2–3 working days.
• Custom Products: 4–5 working days.
• Special Procurement Products: 6–7 working days.
• Facelift Kits & Large Body Components: Approximately 45–60 days from the order date.

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–10 working days, depending on the delivery location, courier partner, and service availability. Delivery timelines exclude Sundays, public holidays, and major festival holidays.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the product category, dimensions, weight, and delivery destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed. Free shipping may be available on selected products, locations, or promotional offers.

Additional Information:

• Tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once the order has been dispatched.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information while placing the order.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, operational constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• UNIAUTO shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details, customer unavailability, or delays attributable to third-party logistics partners.
