• Facelift Kits: Procured specifically against orders. Estimated dispatch and delivery time is 45–60 days from the date of order.

Processing time refers to the time required to inspect, prepare, pack, and dispatch your order. It does not include transit time after dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery location, courier/logistics partner, and service availability.

Shipping timelines exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and festival holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on the product type, category, weight, dimensions, delivery location, and shipping method.

Large / Bulky Products

Large, heavy, or bulky products may be shipped through transport/logistics services instead of regular courier services.

• The customer is required to collect the shipment from the nearest transport company warehouse/hub.

• Transport/freight charges are payable by the customer at the time of collecting the product, as applicable.

• Doorstep delivery may not be available for large or bulky shipments.

• The customer may be required to provide valid identification or other details required by the transport company at the time of collection.

Any applicable transport-related charges or collection requirements will be communicated to the customer where necessary.

Delivery Information

Delivery timelines mentioned on our website are estimated and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, courier/logistics operations, weather, transportation conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only, as provided by the customer at the time of checkout. For delivery to multiple locations, separate orders must be placed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Any additional costs arising due to incorrect or incomplete information, re-routing, or failed delivery may be charged to the customer, where applicable.
