Return and Refund Policy
The goal of UNIAUTO is complete customer satisfaction. You have seven days from the date of delivery to return the goods to us with the original packaging if you are not pleased for any reason in accordance with the terms and conditions listed below.
Terms & Condition: -
- All returns and refunds for items that are damaged, defective, insufficient in number, or misrepresented in the description must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product should only be used once and not on a regular basis.
- In order to make a choice, support must be given to any problem.
- All replacements and refunds will only be performed if the product is returned to us and passes a quality check.Β
- If a product is returned with evidence of inappropriate usage, careless treatment, or physical damage, or if the box is broken or torn open or contains missing manuals, components, or accessories, the product will not be replaced or refunded and will be sent back to the buyer without explanation. Any return where customers donβt want the product even if the description is correct will not be entertained.
- Orders that are undelivered due to the customer being uncontactable or unreachable at the time of delivery are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, the product will be re-shipped to the customer and charge re-shipping charges.
- If the customer does not receive their order within 7-10 days, it is the customerβs responsibility to inform us within 14 days of the order date. If we do not receive this notification within the specified time frame, Uniauto will not be held responsible for any loss or claims regarding the order.
- All refunds are processed in the form of a gift card, which can be used for future purchases on our store or website.
