Return and Refund Policy
At UNIAUTO, our primary goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within seven days from the date of delivery, along with its original packaging, subject to the terms and conditions below:

Returns or refunds for products that are damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrectly described must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must not be used regularly and should show signs of minimal, single use only.

Customers must cooperate and provide necessary support to resolve any issue.

Replacements or refunds will be processed only after the returned product undergoes and passes a quality check.

Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of improper usage, mishandling, physical damage, broken packaging, or missing manuals/components/accessories. Such products will be returned to the buyer without explanation.

Returns for reasons such as “no longer needed” or “don’t want the product,” despite an accurate description, will not be entertained.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to the customer being unreachable or uncontactable will not be eligible for refunds. The order will be re-shipped, and re-shipping charges will apply.

If an order is not received within 7–10 days, the customer must inform us within 14 days from the order date. Failure to do so will release UNIAUTO from any responsibility for loss or claims related to the order.

All approved refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card, redeemable on our website or store.

Complaints about empty packages or missing items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, after which UNIAUTO reserves the right to reject the claim.

Customized products are non-returnable.
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Partial Payment Orders
For COD orders with partial advance payment: If the customer cancels or refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, the partial payment will be non-refundable and treated as a cancellation fee.

Please provide a valid reason for the return and include a copy of the original invoice inside the package.
Note: UNIAUTO reserves the right to approve or decline any return request based on the information provided by the customer.
