Policy on Cancellations
We might have to cancel certain orders because we are unable to accept them. UNIAUTO has the right to accept or reject any order for any reason at its sole discretion. Unavailability of the goods or quantity purchased by You, unavailability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in the price information, or issues discovered by UNIAUTO credit and fraud avoidance are only a few of the circumstances that might cause Your order to be cancelled. Before approving any order, we can additionally need more proof or information. If your order is partially or completely cancelled or if further information is needed to accept it, we will notify you. After your card has been charged for your order and you decide to cancel it, the aforementioned.
Cancellation by the User
UNIAUTO maintains the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations in the event that they are made, and for any reason. In accordance with standard business procedure, if we receive a cancellation notification and the purchase has not yet been processed or approved by us, we will cancel the transaction and promptly issue a refund for the full amount. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.
The user must abide by UNIAUTO’s final and binding decision on the cancellation or denial of an order.
